- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts as a way to show our customer appreciation. First time cleans and reoccurring cleans (Weekly 20% off, bi-weekly 15% off and Monthly 10% off). We also show our appreciation during holidays and other times we are feeling friendly, which is all the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all customers as someone we want to retain and build a long lasting relationship with. We reach out via quotes and provide many ways of contacting us via email, text or call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 yrs combined in customer service. We feel most people can provide a thorough clean but add that clean with amazing customer service you have a company that is unstoppable.
