She originally quoted me $120 but ended up charging an additional $30, saying she hadn’t anticipated the level of cleaning required. Despite that, she didn’t complete the job as expected—there are still boxes left in the living room that should have been taken to the dumpster, and she didn’t tidy the living or dining room. While she did a good job cleaning both bathrooms and the kitchen, overall, I would not recommend her services or use them again.
