What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, so proposals are customized based on the scope of work. Following a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call, qualified projects receive a detailed proposal outlining services, deliverables, and investment. My goal is complete transparency, so you'll understand exactly what is included before any work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call to understand your goals, project scope, and whether we're the right fit for one another.
If we're aligned, I prepare a customized proposal and design agreement. Once approved, we begin the design strategy phase, defining how your home should function before moving into layouts, materials, and design development. This creates a more intentional design process and ultimately a stronger result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a LEED Green Associate and Founder & Design Strategist of BLOU INK, a residential design studio focused on creating intentional, life-sustaining homes.
My background includes residential design, construction coordination, renovation planning, and project management, along with years of international design experience. I am also the author of The Reincarnated Room, The Structure of Space, and Anatomy of Transformation, a three-book series exploring the relationship between people and the spaces they inhabit.
