- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the depth of work to best support you in your goals and can be customized based on what you want to achieve and the level of support you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening. This is the most important part of working with a new customer. I'll ask questions to guide you in exploring your obstacles and what you feel is going wrong, but I'm here to be curious, hear, understand...and then plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified as a Life Coach and have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I also have a background in communications and interviewing and getting to know people and their stories. This is truly my passion, so I continually educate myself on a daily bases through books, articles and other resources, as well as investing in coaching for myself. Great coaches have great coaches, because we believe in the work. Most important is my own life experience. I share what I've learned through my own transformations to help others get there faster.
