He suggested a doctor for me to go see before we start working hard on my knee area to be sure I did not make any permanent damage. If you don’t have a gym he has a gym for you to attend as well. He is not intimidating like some trainers, he actually makes sure he gets to know you and your habits to be sure you get the best service. Oh let me not forget that he calls and checks on you to be sure you feeling good and eating right also. Shawn is the total package of a Trainer!
