Located in Frisco Blessings! Welcome to my page. I am a certified Reiki Master, Meditation Instructor, and Spiritual Coach. For me, it is a pleasure to help people navigate through their challenges and find the healing they seek. Healing is a process that starts with you, so if you are here it means you are ready to heal. Take a moment to pat yourself on the back for taking the first step toward your healing process. If you have been looking for ways to heal your physical and emotional body, and you crave a greater connection with yourself and others, Reiki and meditation can assist with that. I combine Reiki treatments with a guided meditation to bring about a variety of benefits such as healing emotional wounds, reducing stress and anxiety, reducing symptoms of depression, increasing positive thoughts, and more. I also teach meditation and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Each session is designed with the client's needs in mind. Reiki sessions can also include EFT, breath work, and/or visualization techniques. Together we will set the intention and connect with the universal energy to bring about healing, relaxation, and internal peace. Reiki Session (includes: coaching session and meditation. $95(per person) / 60 mins. *Please inquire about group rates for Reiki Reflexology $95 / 50 minutes ***I travel to clients depending on the distance. There is a $20 surcharge for travel.
