Blessings! Welcome to my page. I am a certified Reiki Master, Meditation Instructor, and Spiritual Coach. For me, it is a pleasure to help people navigate through their challenges and find the healing they seek.
Healing is a process that starts with you, so if you are here it means you are ready to heal. Take a moment to pat yourself on the back for taking the first step toward your healing process. If you have been looking for ways to heal your physical and emotional body, and you crave a greater connection with yourself and others, Reiki and meditation can assist with that. I combine Reiki treatments with a guided meditation to bring about a variety of benefits such as healing emotional wounds, reducing stress and anxiety, reducing symptoms of depression, increasing positive thoughts, and more.
I also teach meditation and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Each session is designed with the client's needs in mind. Reiki sessions can also include EFT, breath work, and/or visualization techniques.
Together we will set the intention and connect with the universal energy to bring about healing, relaxation, and internal peace.
My goal is to provide my clients with an elevating and peaceful experience.

I work with men, women, and children ages 6 and older.
Reiki Session (includes: coaching session and meditation. $95(per person) / 60 - 90 minutes.
*Please inquire about group rates for Reiki
Distance Reiki $45 / 40 minutes
& $65 / 60 min.
Reflexology $95 / 50 minutes
***I travel to clients depending on the distance. There is a $20 surcharge for travel.

I came into reiki a little nervous.. Jeannette creates a peaceful environment. Reiki was a different and enlightening. I hope to use this experience to heal a lot of hurts and get me closer to where i need to be. Great experience

Got Jeannette’s reference through friend of mine and I cant thank my friend enough for getting me in touch with Jeannette. Well, the pandemic did hit many of us in different ways and I am one of them. I am kind of a person who usually doesn’t open up but in my first interaction with Jeannette and the way she started engaging me, I became comfortable discussing my problems with her. That one hour which I spent with Jeannette, it helped me gain trust in someone that I can be myself, discuss the things bothering me and seek advice. I left Jeannette’s office with some sense of positivity and was ready to try the Reiki session. During the Reiki session, I could very well feel the positive energy entering and flowing through my entire body. I left her office with that positive energy and the sense of affirmation that there is a solution to every problem. In my 2 visits to Jeannette’s office what I learnt is, it doesn’t matter how big our problems are, if you find the right therapist and follow their advice, healing becomes much easier. Thank you very much Jeannette for your treatment and being there for me. I know it’s a healing process which takes some time, but I am happy that I have someone like Jeannette to be on my side through this journey.
