Gerald catered an engagement party for about 50 guests. We arranged a meeting and all my preferences were taken. He gave me photos of floral suggestions which I took to my florist. His team arrived on the day and went straight to work. The presentations were flawless. The first phase of food was displayed as the guests arrived. He continued to replenish with fresh foods throughout the party. The dishes were amazing and extremely well received. I would only consider contacting Gerald for my next catered affair.
