I can’t say enough good things. I hired Luke for a private home dinner for my 30th, with 20 people. From the menu planning process to day of the event, everything went well. The food was beyond amazing, everything seasoned to perfection. Would definitely book again!

Seriously couldn’t have asked for a more stress-free experience. The food was fabulous, massive portions (we were snacking on leftovers for days), and Luke had a professionalism about him not usually seen in a one-man show. He cooked, he cleaned, he served food, he re-poured champagne and refilled drinks and he did it all so effortlessly it really put the party at ease. We will absolutely hire LK Culinary again. It made my aunt’s 65th birthday a massive success. Thank you!

Hosted a surprise 30th birthday dinner for my husband. Food and service were absolutely delicious!! Well worth the cost given the size of the portions. Exceptional service from beginning to end. I was extremely impressed with Chef Luke’s professionalism, communication and the outstanding Thanksgiving meal he prepared.. We visited family for Thanksgiving and we wanted a carefree day spent visiting family vs having to spend the entire day in the kitchen. Luke and his team provided everything we needed for an unforgettable Thanksgiving. The quality of food dishes he prepared were some of the best Thanksgiving food I’ve ever had. Our entire group were blown away by his preparation and culinary skills. We will definitely use him and his team again when we return to TX. We believe in customizing everything to the client for total satisfaction so there is not a set pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with talking briefly with the client to get a complete picture of what they are looking for, then we build a package that fits their needs perfectly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Luke is a Le Cordon Blue graduate with a associates in culinary arts. He has also apprenticed under two different chefs and worked at some of the most famous culinary institutions in the Dallas area including Hotel ZaZa, and the Dream Cafe.
