We loved our personal chef experience with Chef Luke. We hired him for our wedding dinner, just 7 people (one of which was a vegetarian). Choosing the menu, and Luke's proposal for each course was customized and delicious, it was also very easy to accommodate the menu for our vegetarian guest. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with talking briefly with the client to get a complete picture of what they are looking for, then we build a package that fits their needs perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Chef Luke is a Le Cordon Blue graduate with a associates in culinary arts. He has also apprenticed under two different chefs and worked at some of the most famous culinary institutions in the Dallas area including Hotel ZaZa, and the Dream Cafe.
