Introduction: Akeino was a dynamic athletic who was involved in Track and Field, Wrestling, and Football. He earned various All-Conference accolades in Track and Football and earned All-State accolades in Football. He even played Linebacker at Springfield College in Springfield, Mass. Overall, he has over 11 years of weight-training experience.
While at Springfield College, he suffered lower back injuries and a dislocated left shoulder. As the years flew by the injuries lingered, he decided to take his passion for fitness and become a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then he has been able to use the education to improve his injuries and posture while also helping many people along their journey.
As a trainer, Akeino throughly enjoys changing the lives of others through fitness. He believes that a positive mindset along with hard-work and consistency is the key to fitness.
He specializes in weight loss, muscle building, weight training, high intensity interval training or (HIIT), sport-specific training, and speed and agility. Whatever your goal is, he will work with you to create a SMART goal to efficiently achieve your goal!
