Very capable, listens carefully to clients’ interests, intentions, goal. Mixes up exercise to maximize strength, balance, mind-body connection. Pleasure to arrive at training session; she’ll keep you honest, with gentle encouragement. Going on 8 months, 2X a week.

Clarissa is a thoughtful, professional Personal Trainer. She individualizes the training sessions to meet my goals and needs while challenging me to go beyond what I think I can do. I like how each workout varies expanding my knowledge of what I can do when at the gym by myself. She's a great, fun and caring motivator. I'd highly recommend her as a Personal Trainer.

Clarissa is a great trainer and coach. She mixes up her work outs each time and really motivates me to try my best. She has tailored the workouts to help build areas of where I have muscle imbalance - so I do not get injured long term. She definitely knows the musculoskeletal system and helps make sure your form is great.
