Working with Colton is one of the best experiences I've had with a fitness coach as well as friend. The responsiveness and effort he puts in is unmatched. Anytime I had any questions about exercise, logistics, nutrition. He would answer in a timely manner and make sure you would understand what the concept is behind the answer. I can say I met my 2019 goals working with Colton a good portion of the year (roughly like 8 months). I truly believe he is a great motivator and will push you to your own limits and past them.

The trainer Colton is very respectful and helpful for training. At a young age you can tell he has a lot of experience. Very responsive whenever needed, works 24/7 around the clock. Very flexible with his hours.

Colton is a great Trainer who is increadably knowledgeable in the field of exercise science and has a passion for helping others become their best self. I recommend him for any one trying to get in better shape and want a supportive and accommodating trainer.

I started working with Colton this April and saw great strength and explosiveness advances in my training. I was able to do this learning new exercises from him as well as prehab drills. The best part is that I was never sore or tired to the point where the following days were difficult to move. Anybody can make a person tired but its really difficult to make someone better in a workout. That’s what I was able to see from working with Colton in person and with his plans he constructed for me. As a healthcare provider, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to take their training to the next level.

First of all, Colton impressed me with his knowledge of human movement and performance. His college degree in Exercise Science really shows, and makes him stand out from other fitness coaches. Secondly, Colton makes training enjoyable because he has a great personality. When you need motivation he motivates. When you need a little humor to lighten up the mood he’s there with it. Any questions or modifications to your exercise routine is met with unparalleled guidance. Lastly, you leave every training session wanting to come back again, and that is what you want in a fitness trainer.
