I'm 29 years old, a full time student, with a part time job, and very active mother. I decided to make time for myself to get back into shape. I've been battling with weight loss for some time now. I would start working out then quit. I decided it was time for a personal trainer. I choose to try the Darryl Hayes Fitness Experience. It has been about a month and I'm enjoying my results. Granted I'm still working on my problem area, my stomach. I still see results in other areas. Darryl pushes me to my max, while encouraging me to keep pushing. Believe me I wanted to give up at one point, but the atmosphere and confidence he has in me keeps me pushing.

I've been working with Darryl for over a month now and I've not only seen results, but I've felt them too. I have an old back injury that I have to be careful with while working out, and he has been incredible when it comes to tapering workouts to fit my needs. He has a bright spirit and positive attitude that make working out with him an enjoyable experience.

Working with Darryl was awesome. He helped me transform my post baby body and pushed me to do things I ever thought I'd be able to do. He's very easy going and never intimidating. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to transform their body or just become a better athlete.

    Each client will be given a consultation discussing their physical readiness, nutritional habits, short-term and long- term goals. As well as a functional movement assessment to find each clients strengths, weakness, improper posture, and muscle imbalances.
