Introduction
My mission is "To take clients where they want to be in health/fitness and beyond". I have been involved in physical fitness throughout my life, from boys club to Division I collegiate level sports, to powerlifting, where I hold/held numerous records. Due to my passion, I want to pass my knowledge and results to others, and see them excel in health and fitness.

I've had the pleasure of working with Dedrick for over a year. My endurance and health have greatly improved since I began using his programs. I gladly recommend Dedrick to anyone who is seriously considering using a trainer to improve their physical appearance health and stamina.

I actually did 2 sessions with "Dee," that was not my intention. But after doing the 1st one with him, I was motivated to do one more. He did a great job with me and it was well worth it. He put me in a goal oriented mind set, and I reached it. The training made a big difference. Thanks "Dee!"

I want to say thank you to Dedrick for his commitment. He has been awesome! I'm excited about the small accomplishments and achievements I've already seen. The subtle changes in my habits are becoming habit my thoughts more promptly. Coming from zero - I believe that's great success! Dedrick has been engaged - responding to my meals and exercise.
