- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is very straight forward and simple. First, I’ll schedule a complementary fitness assessment with you. In this assessment we’ll discuss your physical and medical background, your nutrition, your current lifestyle and where you’d like to be within 3+ months. Then, I’ll take you through the physical portion, which is just a series of movements that will pinpoint any imbalances or bad posture / improper form. Finally, we’ll discuss your schedule, how many times you’d like to train with me per week, and your desired results!
