I created Move More on the basis of not wanting fitness to sound like a daunting thing that looks intimidating for those who do not come from a fitness background. It is simply to look at fitness and start to move a little bit more each day. Personal training is just that - personal. I'm a human being, no personal trainer knows everything, I'm constantly learning and revisiting old concepts. I don't believe in a blueprint where everyone is supposed to have the exact same form. I believe in meeting clients where they're at. Everyone is built differently, and some people need a little more attention to detail than others to achieve a goal. So while I'm not perfect at who I am or what I do, there's one thing that I will always do; and that's make it fun. Over the last 2 months I've met with Audra, on average, 3 times a week. She's flexible, communicative and works at a well-equipped gym. I look forward to my days training with her because she programs creative workouts that are different each session. She is personable and professional. I can always expect to be pushed to my physical limits and be sore the next few days! Since beginning my training with Audra I am noticing my strength developing, my cardio capacity growing and my motivation increasing. It took me a few trainers to find the right fit. Audra is that person for me!

My partner and I started training with Audra in January to get ready for our wedding and have seen great results already! Audra always asks for our feedback to tailor our program and continues to challenge us each session. We’re able to walk away from each session with new exercises to include in our own workouts. Audra keeps us accountable and always has a great attitude that makes working out with her so much fun! I can’t recommend Audra enough!

Audra is amazing!! She’s so flexible when it comes to schedule changes and even the workout itself, if my knee has any issues. You can definitely tell that she enjoys and takes pride in her work and that she spends a lot of time on your workout plan and that it’s completely tailored to you! Our sessions always go by so fast, and I always get a great workout.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Personal trainers don’t eat if we don’t get paid! I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, or full payment is required.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Pretty easy — contact through messaging, some people enjoy a phone call, questions about availability and health, schedule first session/evaluation.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Aside from being a NASM CPT, the majority of my Bachelors is in Biology, with a large background in anatomy and physiology. This helps aid in my knowledge of the body systems and how they apply to exercise.
