We are a personal training gym located in the heart of Dallas near Mockingbird and Central, next to the Katy Trail. Our workouts are 1 hour in duration, 3 days per week. Each workout consists of intense mix of weight lifting and conditioning. Our goal is to turn normal people into world-class athletes.
