About
Three years ago I weighed the heaviest I had ever been. I had low self-esteem and was generally unhappy about where I was in life. In those three years, I lost 50 lbs and now I am helping individuals reach their own goals. I use my story to encourage and prove to people they can do the same.
The gym can be an intimidating place. Tons of machines and weights, and most people have no idea where to start. I experienced that firsthand, but I have come to learn that the gym is place full people fight their own individualized issues and trying to improve themselves.
The gym won't solve all your problems but it's a great place to start.
My goal is to encourage and help people see the best versions of themselves.
I train my clients at Sequoia Training Club a personal training studio, consisting of a wide range of fitness levels, and diverse walks of life.

I hired Ryan as my personal trainer for 10 sessions. He investigate time in interviewing me and understanding my needs as well as my fitness level before recommending an exercise routine.
I experienced good results in toning and gaining muscle, plus obtained a renewed enthusiasm on building on the results obtained.
Ryan made the workouts specific and challenging. He was very good at adjusting them as I grow stronger. Ryan draws his empathy and connection with his clients from his own experience in his health journey. I found that to be very valuable as he is able to connect with the client’s why and ignite enthusiasm in them. This is a unique quality of Ryan in his practice as a coach.

I’ve been working with Ryan since May and I’m really happy with my results so far. He is really motivating and patient. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a personal trainer that personalizes their workout to fit their skill level!

Ryan is a great trainer. He trained my son. My son has gained confidence in his strength training ability. Ryan helped motivate and educate him. My son has noticeable positive differences in his physique. He was able to learn life long beneficial skills. We look forward to training with him again!
