- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First workout is FREE! Most people have their first free session and by the end they want to book more. Most of my clients go with the best deal - 4 Sessions at $60 each. The more sessions you book at once the better the deal. 4 Sessions : $60 each 3 Sessions : $70 each 2 Sessions : $80 each 1 Session : $90 each Some people book only one session a week, some people book two or three sessions each week. Whatever you do, I will give you homework and follow up with you throughout the week to help you make sure you are staying on track.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect. I answer any questions you may have. Then I have a set of six questions I ask to get your profile started. Once we have that, we pick a date and time for your first free workout. In this first free workout we will assess where you are starting from, how you are feeling and how you are moving. After the workout you decide how many sessions you want to book over the next couple of weeks. From there I develop your "split" (fitness regimen for the week) and I coach you through how to get on track in order to hit your goals. Most people begin seeing lasting results at about 6-8 weeks into the program. Though I will say most people report immediately feeling better within the first few sessions. I expect most people to hit their goals after about 4-8 months of training. I include general advice on healthy eating patterns at the clients preference. I do hold a Nutrition Certification, but I do not sell meal plans right now.
