- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have over 32 years experience as an investigator. The majority of that time was spent as an FBI Agent. Since I retired from the Bureau, I have continued to serve North Texas as an investigator. When you hire JKE Texas Private Investigations you get all that experience and a sympathetic ear. All potential clients get a free initial consultation where I'll listen to your situation and we'll work out a solution together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free initial consultation. All work will be supported by a contract for services. Frequent communication during the investigation, and a courtroom ready professional report will be given to the client at the end of the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accounting degree, and gained invaluable experience in all types of investigations as an employed investigator for 30 years. I've been through the FBI Academy, and had ongoing FBI training in surveillance, interviewing, photography, crime scene processing, intelligence gathering, homicide investigations, arson investigations, many fraud investigation courses
