- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing can not be a set price as every home is different and there is a lot of differences between each home that reflect pricing. That being said Knox Roofing would love to come out to your home to do an inspection on the property to be certain we give you accurate pricing for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a roof inspection to provide customers with a detailed proposal for their project
