- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide competitive pricing and are happy to provide a free second opinion on any swimming pool service if the customer provides our competitors pricing/estimates to determine if we are a good fit and better value for our prospective customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we like to discuss the details of their service request and evaluate if we are a good fit for our prospective client. Next we schedule an at home consultation to review and diagnose conditions of the prospective project and any issues and concerns related to the customer wants and needs. After we send a proposal and follow up with our clients to see if our recommendations and pricing is aligned with their budget, then determine optimal dates to schedule the work and perform the needed task
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is trained by expert pool technicians and brand ambassadors at trade show educational courses and conferences, as well as in the field training by well experienced tradesmen with decades of experience.
