- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the full scope of the project rather than charging per tree. This allows us to provide fair, straightforward pricing that reflects the time, equipment, and work involved. We aim to be competitive while maintaining high-quality service, proper techniques, and complete cleanup on every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding exactly what the customer is looking for and evaluating the trees and property. From there, we provide a clear recommendation and quote based on the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the job promptly. On the day of service, we complete the work safely and professionally, followed by a full cleanup so the property looks clean and well-maintained—like we were never there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on arboriculture experience and follow industry standards based on the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Our knowledge includes tree biology, proper pruning techniques, safety practices, and maintaining tree health. We are continuously learning and improving to provide the best care possible for every tree and property we work on.
