I submitted a repair request on Thanksgiving evening—can you believe it? Their team showed up at my door the very next morning, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and even pointed out other potential leak issues and fixed them on the spot. I needed one trim board replaced under a window on the 3rd (attic) floor. I had purchased the board and the paint. Contacted Elite to put it up, they arrived the same day in the afternoon and changed out the board. It was a simple task, but he didn't even hesitate to get up on the roof. I very much appreciated the speed at which he was able to get it completed.
