Christiana was amazing! Not only did she help throughout my pregnancy with several custom yoga sequences but she helped after I had the baby. She was thoughtful of my skill level & even helped with suggestions to help my husband who now also has joined in on our time. It's made such an impact on our lives by giving us increased flexibility, more energy, and happier bodies! Couldn't recommend her more! I wish I could give 10 stars!
