David M. says, "I had an upstairs shower drain fail that resulted in a water leak onto my kitchen ceiling. Horrible problem, complex in that it was note merely plumbing but electric as well. I contacted three folks to repair this and honestly, some horror stories to share. One bid was $8,500 above Mr Crawford's and they needed over three months to get started and two months to do the job. Mr Crawford’s bid presentation was professional, the timeline was quick and his referrals were exemplary. Then came Mr Crawfords work. Despite the bid being dramatically lower than the others, his work was diligent, clean, fast and the end product was above & beyond. Honestly a true Master Class result. He rebuilt my kitchen ceiling, textured & painted it, made the lighting fixture look as though nothing ever happened. No one else could get that job done so well. I doubt folks when they say they envy the craftsmanship of a bathroom but Mr Crawford’s shower rebuild is envied."See more

Quicker than Jimmy John! Very thorough and punctual. Came in took the original door down and replace the new door, caulked and sealed everything- Oh can’t forget they pickup the door, installed and hauled away old door and debris! Will be using Larry and Katie the dynamic door duo again!

Marion O’Neal did a fantastic job on replacing my patio storm door with a doggie door. Very professional, knowledgeable and has made excellent recommendations on projects I will use him for in the very near future. These include additional doors, minor electrical and door rekeying. Attached is a photo of the door which the dogs love.

Tom and his son did an awesome job this past Monday installing our French patio door. It was a lot of work because they had to remove our sliding and bar iron doors. While he was finishing up the installment he noticed an area above the door that was never insulated. He offered that service to us and we had him also do our insulation. I am so glad that I had Tom and his son do our door install.

Thomas and his helper arrived exactly on time assessed the job and was done in less time than they estimated. Since the job was less extensive than originally quoted, Thomas reduced the installation cost by 25%. Top notch contractor. If you need a door installed I wouldn’t look anywhere else other than JOAT.
