- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible. It can either be paid in cash or card. You can pay for daily sessions or for weekly to monthly sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you tell me when you are available, my availability is irrelevant I will make time for you regardless of what I am doing. Next we will meet at the gym I work at and we will do the consultation and discuss your goals etc. The 1st session consists of measurements and a fitness evaluation to get to know each other, and learn more about an exercise experience. From there I can prescribe an exercise program designed specifically for you. You will have supervised exercise and one on one attention to make sure you are using proper form, allowing you to get the most from your workout and avoid injury.
