- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have many suppliers that I work with, and have specials that I can offer clients, however prices change often which will change a given estimate until a deposit is put on a reservation. I price match and go out of my way to find the best prices. However, I do suggest that clients have a serious set date on when they would like to book from the time of estimate, usually a week no more than two is sufficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue my education on a daily basis, and become certified in many genres of the industry. I travel to seminars three times a year to learn the latest news and advancements.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been traveling my entire adult life, I have many friends that I help customize their vacations, having my own business was the natural long over due next step. I love traveling, and helping people have the same experiences.
