I have been a client at Strength and Fəˈzēk for approximately eight months and went from deadlifting 135 lbs. to 475 lbs. and still going. Zach (trainer and owner) at Strength and Fəˈzēk, understands what works for each client as well as what may not work for another. My very first day was not a show and tell of the gym or about how much weight I could lose. Zach actually took the time to assess my body to familiarize my needs for exercise, diet, and training. Ruby is awesome! I have been training with her for nine months now and I am getting great results. She is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to the body, nutrition and physical training. She listens and understands what you want and formulates "step ladder" goals to get there. Ruby is a very motivated person and makes reaching those goals fun. She expects the best from you, which I totally appreciate. I would not want anything less. I see us going way past my end goal. I wouldn't trade Ruby for a fully paid gym membership. I would never get the results I am getting now. I feel great physically and mentally!
I had a WONDERFUL time training with Lori! She is a FANTASTIC trainer and really cares about her clients! She knows how to customize each training class to cater to your different needs/abilities, and she pushes you to achieve new workouts that you did not think was even possible for your body! She focuses on every aspect of a healthy lifestyle - nutrition, cardio, weight training, etc. - so her training/advice leaves you feeling completely satisfied and positive about everything! You will also be blown away by her wonderful encouragement and positivity - she is always there when you have questions or are doubting yourself. She's a great trainer as well as a GREAT motivator! I always felt very comfortable and was never intimidated working with her, and I would GLADLY recommend her to anyone and everyone.

First let me start by getting straight to the point: Ben is an incredible motivator and trainer. He genuinely cares about your ability to become stronger and healthier. His sense of humor and interest in you as a person makes you feel like a VIP. Not only will he support you in finding ways to push yourself harder than you thought possible, you will also enjoy your sessions and over time have the ability to do things you never knew your body was capable of . I say this only because it is a key aspect of what keeps me coming back three times a week. Ben creates an enviornment where you truly enjoy pushing as hard as you can to reach your goals, and does it with more energy, knowledge and charisma than any trainer I have ever worked with in the past. I am stronger, healthier, happier and 20lbs lighter because of Ben, and even on my worst days I look forward to getting to my training sessions and working out with an awesome trainer and newfound friend.
I ran my first 5K yesterday. I was not able to do that 5 months ago. Andy has pushed me to be my best. He genuinely wants to see me reach my goals. I had major surgery in May and he has been helping me gain my strength back week by week. He is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and watches my form to make sure I am not hurting myself in any way. He pushes me when I want to be lazy and make excuses and motivates me when I want to give up. He helps me be patient and reminds me this is a journey and takes time.....iI even have my mother training with him because he is realky good with training individuals at any level in their health and fitness journey. I highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a great motivational trainer that will push you to reach your goals in a non-militant style!

I have been training for two weeks and already feel improvement in my stamina and strength. The sessions are challenging and are designed to give you an all over work out. As a hopeful candidate to be a U.S. Army Special Forces operator, I was beyond impressed with the work that Liz did with me. She not only helped me achieve a superior level of fitness with HIIT training, she also trained me to be a superb swimmer so that I may excel in Combat Dive School (the same school Navy SEALs go through). Her knowledge of outstanding exercises combined with her high energy and motivating personality make her an excellent trainer. The only thing that could have improved my experience with her would have been to sign up for more sessions, but unfortunately I needed to report for the intense training that Liz had so adequately prepared me for.
My training sessions with Nate were awesome... I'm a bit older so I had concerns about my speed and agility ,but Nate was patient and very adamant about teaching me the correct form. He challenged me to work harder even when I felt like giving up. I will definitely use his services again in the future...

I've been training with Janelle at Cardinal Muscle Performance for over a year. Every week she provides challenging workouts. Janelle has learned about my unique conditions and is able to trailer each exercise to my level of fitness, and modify so I can do everything planned that day, specialized to my needs. It's been a month, I've been trained by Trey. He is not just helping me with get my fitness, but also very knowledgeable about sports medicine, that is something very helpful for my knee ACL recovery. I totally feels that I'm getting the value out of the time that I'm spending in getting trained. One more thing I like about the method of his training is that he didn't directly put me on exercises, but he listened to me, found my strengths and weakness, then based on that he started training me. With this I'm confident that I can achieve my goals.
