WHAT I DO: I teach women, (and couples) of all ages it's not a myth that you will get "bulky" and "look like a man" if you lift weights. I teach you how to properly lift to optimize results. Resistance training, and proper nutrition will guarantee you the results you want! I work around injuries and medical conditions - often helping improve them. By following my guidance and the plan I'll designed for you, results are guaranteed. LOCATION: My private personal training studio Lewisville, TX 75077 (actually located in Double Oak) COST: I offer several programs ranging from: Private (as low as $68/session) Semi-private (as low as $40/session) Online/remote training (starting at $45/session) Choose from a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment. Payment is due each month and begins on the day of your first session. *Meal plans, nutritional support, bi-weekly or monthly weigh-ins, measurements and progress pictures are also included your training. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? I am not an "in-your-face" type of trainer, but will push you to get the most out of your training, while considering your goals, abilities, and limitations.
