Lori's pricing was very reasonable, she was prompt to respond and answer my questions, and got me on her schedule immediately. She and her crew showed up exactly when they said they would and got to work the minute they walked in. Every surface is sparkling, everything is organized and tidy, and she even washed, folded, and hung up five loads of laundry. I have some clutter around and she worked around it with no complaints. I could not be happier, and plan to have Lori come back on a regular basis!
Oscar and Alturo were AMAZING!!! It was NOT an easy move, which lots of furniture to move and disassemble and reassemble, and a house you couldn’t pull up to, so they had to carry and wheel everything over grass and yards. But they did it with smiles on their faces, and a fantastic attitude. They even moved a few pieces after we saw they didn’t fit in the room like we thought they would! Would absolutely recommend, 10/10.
Maids of Perfection aren’t only maids, they take special interest in your wants/needs. I love how they kept asking how I wanted things to be done and they were very polite, respectful and friendly. My apartment was upside down and overwhelmed with clutter and confusion. They did a remarkable job making our place breathable, harmonious and shiny! I’m so happy to have found them!
She did a wonderful job cleaning/organizing my condo. She organized my closets and my 7 year old daughter's room. All my laundry was done and my carpet spot cleaned to perfection. My 15 year old daughter got the opportunity to move into a larger bedroom in our house, but she has years of clutter. Instead of fighting battles with her to purge, Vicci helped her organize and purge. She was great with my daughter and they plowed through a lot of "prized" possessions and make good decisions.

I want to start by saying how amazing 2 Gals Services is and that they changed my life! I am in IT, have a very busy schedule, travel a lot and I just downsized housing. They came in with ZERO direction from me and organized my entire place top to bottom. I cannot speak volumes about how amazing these girls are. I trusted them so much that I gave them an electronic code to let themselves out. When I came home, everything was spotless! My pup even had on a scarf that was buried in a box somewhere, too cute. There were sticky notes everywhere that showed where everything was; my entire life was organized in 1 day! If you don’t know anything about IT, I had dozens of boxes of hardware/cables/adapters/etc, they figured it out. I will be utilizing them time and time again anytime I need any kind of cleaning/organizing/anything! I am also recommending them to all of my friends because they are that valuable and trustworthy. If you don’t use 2 Gal Services, you’re making a mistake!

If you've ever wished someone could just wave a magic wand and your house would be organized, I recommend you call Lisa. I recently had the home I've lived in for years completely renovated, so all of my belongings had to be packed in boxes and bags as though I were moving. Oh, the clutter and dust! Every time I tried to start unpacking and putting things away, I felt completely overwhelmed. Between health problems, my odd work schedule and that anxious feeling, I thought I would give up. Then I found Lisa. Lisa arrived on time and took my master bathroom from chaos to compartmentalized in one morning. Just walking in there brings me a feeling of serenity. The second morning she started on my kitchen (so much stuff!) and will eventually help me with the rest of my house, as our schedules and my budget allow. She listens to your needs, works hard, and delivers great results without overcharging or adding hidden fees. That's value and quality. Often it seems as though there are fewer people these days you can trust, who have integrity, and will do what they promise. Lisa is bonded and insured, and I feel very comfortable having her in my home. She is very professional, but so friendly and nonjudgmental that it already seems as though I've known her for years. Lisa has helped me tremendously so far and inspired me to tackle some smaller projects until she returns. I look forward to the next time she comes over to wave her magic wand.
Kela and her Husband first came and saw my entire house, I showed them exactly what needed to be done, what needed cleaning and she agreed. I even discussed the fact that we would like to hire them for biwkly cleaning and she told us her rate of $ 30 / hr to which I agreed as well. This is the rate written on her thumbtack profile as well. They were very responsive, punctual and did a very good job with the cleaning, however as they are only 2 people, they took 7 hours to do the downstairs of my house, which was also ok with me as they did a good job and it was their first time in my house so it was understandable. When I called to schedule next cleaning within the same wk, Kela changed her rate to $40/ hr for no specific reason. She told me that I had written in thumbtack that I need “ organizing “, however when she personally visited my house, I exactly told her what needed to be “ cleaned “ and she agreed. I would have certainly hired Kela’s services again but what concerned me was the change of rate per hr and the time that it took for them to clean. If both the rate per hr is high and there are only 2 people to clean, then obviously a customer would have to pay much more. I found other Housekeepers who also do a very good job but they have a contract and they don’t change the quote at different times. This is the reason I deducted a star as we feel it is unprofessional to change rates after an agreement and also when they knew that I was interested in hiring them for regular cleaning service.

The job I had was for Suzy to come in and organize a train wreck. We are de-cluttering, downsizing, reorganizing, and, when through setting up the house to sell. We hired a dumpster and Suzy got to work. She works hard and fast. I was the one that slowed her down because I had to go through everything myself once it was dragged out, but she just kept busy with anything/everything else til I caught up! She's very fair in her assessment and pricing, and I was grateful she was agreeable to travel a distance. I was desperate! Our project(s) are still not complete, because I have to go through more things and have some home repairs, then she'll come back out for more decluttering and/or finishing touches. I don't know what I'd have done to this point without her!
I contracted the services of My Space Reclaimed, during September. I needed a total reorganization of my apartment. There were boxes unopened since I moved in several years ago. I did not have the time to tackle the project. I even had clothes from when my son was little, dating from 10 years ago. I really wanted to hire a cleaning company first to have the carpets shampooed and everything clean for the organization process to go smoothly, but Maristella talked me into doing things the other way around to be more efficient. She said that once everything was organized, then the cleaning process could be easier and faster (thus less expensive as well!), with less clutter on the way. My Space Reclaimed came and found a logical place for everything I owned. They even went out and bought a bunch of items I needed (but had not even realized), like new pillows, things for the kitchen, additional trashcans, etc. They found and hung up my diplomas and some other artwork I had in boxes for years. Many empty boxes and things were no longer needed were discarded. They even did some laundry, in order to fully organize my clothes in the closet and dress my bed to look its best. When they left, there was so much space, my apartment looked fantastic (they did some staging of the apartment as well) and everything had a logical place. It made sense! I highly recommend Maristella and her company - My Space Reclaimed. They have allowed me to continue to be more organized and I now get things done more efficiently. It's great to come home to a clean, well organized place.

Without exaggeration, I can actually credit Nancy Peham with saving my life. A few years ago, when I was overwhelmed to the point of collapse while downsizing from an 8,000 square foot home to one half that size, my realtor benevolently sent Nancy Peham from Helping Hands to assist me with the mountainous undertaking. Obviously, I had no idea such a service even existed, and I was skeptical, having only worked with packers from a moving company before - an experience I only wished I could forget. It may sound illusory, but, from the moment Nancy arrived, an immediate feeling of relief swept over me and by the end of the first day, I knew what a Godsend had come my way. She was an energetic, highly productive self-starter, who took direction well. She was, punctual, efficient, well organized, courteous, and professional at all times. She proved to be a trustworthy person who was very respectful of my effects and privacy. Her presence during that move afforded me time to multi-task elsewhere while feeling confident that the impending move was progressing on schedule. For the next several months, Nancy was there rain or shine, working in a vital capacity almost every day, packing, unpacking, organizing closets and sometimes setting up entire rooms while generally aiding me in the coordination of my life in transition. That was nine years, five moves and a few household disasters ago . . . all of which were made immeasurably more proficient with Nancys instrumental help. Throughout our long history, I can say without reservation that Nancy has become invaluable to me in a million untold ways. She is currently helping me with the preliminaries of what may be a long distance move, in which case I will definitely rely on Nancys incomparable skills to promote the logistics of this endeavor - I have no qualms in saying outright that I would not trust anyone but Nancy to facilitate such a task. HORAstudios did an amazing job helping me organize my home. The work quality was excellent! Candace was extremely professional and was like a magician in organizing my closets and drawers and other spaces. She made my home work better and even look better. I was very happy with the service and thought it was a great value.
Jen came to my house to help me organize a seriously disorganized linen closet. She worked quickly, and was very patient when I needed to help my young children. She even took the stuff I needed to get rid of with her, which would have probably ended up in a box to donate in the garage for a couple of months. It is 2 months later (and although my children pulled all the contents of the cupboard out) it is still organized. Even when the kids pulled everything out, it was pretty easy to put everything back where it went, because I had way less stuff and everything was labeled, so it wasn't overwhelming to clean up. It was fun organizing with her, and it helped me finally finish a project I had been procrastinating for who knows how long. It motivated me to continuing organizing my house and I am soooo much happier in my home. Excellent!! I had to leave town last minute and Reanna, blissfully organized, handled everything and even picked up last minute items needed to complete the job.. She sent me pictures before leaving to show me the job, I was beyond impressed, but when I came home from my trip to a extremely organized closet that exceeded my expectations. To top it off, my appointment with blissfully organized, was scheduled on a day when DFW had a winter storm that progressed after they were already working away at my home, I had left on an early flight, she stayed the entire day finishing the job, had I been in town and known the extremes of the weather, I would have never expected her to follow through with our appointment, yet she never mentioned anything, made this organization process such a breeze for me... She truly is exceptional and her work and business professionalism is one that can not be surpassed. I will definitely be calling on her again as well as referring my friends and colleagues to her!!
Jolene was extremely patient with me and asked me what I wanted to do with each item. She waited while I thought. She didn't urge me or force me to make a decision. The end result was amazing...my entire room cleaned up and designed as a home office. She made me very happy.
