Bonnie J. says, "The team at DFW Trade Pros were awesome. They were very responsive to my texts, great about being flexible and working in my budget. They were super quick about getting started on the job and were always on time and worked the whole time they were here. They were sure to not interrupt us while they were here and made sure to cover the area so the dust did not get into our house. They cleaned up everyday before they left and were great at answering any questions I had. They were great working with our budget and what we could afford to get done. They did a great job on demoing our room and the brick fireplace wall and hearth. Their sheetrock, tape and bed job was very well done. They went above and beyond on scrapping our popcorn off our ceiling and getting it ready for texturing and paint. We are so excited to be able to start the next phase of our remodel in the room and now because of them we have a clean slate to start with. We are waiting on a new quote from them to see about having them help us with phase 2 of our remodel too. We highly recommend the guys at DFW Trade Pros and hope to be able to have them help us complete our dream remodel. Don't delay contacting them to get a quote. For example, in the year 2025, why are we not providing design for all our buildings that maximize the use of daylight for interior lighting? My background has resulted in me using my expertise to build my consulting business by providing volunteer services to school districts, and bring hired on a national basis as the Construction Management consultant for both the National Clearinghouse on Educational Facilities, and the American Clearinghouse for Education, both operated under a grant awarded by the US Department of Education, with resources for all schools in the US, from pre-k through higher education.See more

He comes through when you need something every time! I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I have used many contractors for my business and for my home and this company is superior in every way! I will post pictures later when every thing is moved in and complete. It’s gorgeous!!

We had several contractors come out and bid on a quote. Right away I was impressed with Cody's professionalism and dedication to getting us exactly what we wanted. The more we spoke the more impressed I was. Cody was on site for our project everyday, making sure every detail was perfect. Very open to suggestions and kind and courteous throughout the whole project. They finished our porch addition on time on budget and it looks absolutely beautiful! It's exactly what we wanted and looks like it's been a part of the house since the house was built. Definately would recommend him to anyone with a project coming up, and in fact I have already referred him to several friends! You will not be disappointed when choosing Cunningham construction!!
