I am the owner of Faithbridge Design Company. I have 13 years' experience in home interior/exterior design, interior/exterior home decorating, home staging and home remodeling, as well as, commercial design experience. For Interior/Exterior Design, Decorating, Renovation and Remodeling, I offer an "hourly rate" or "cost/plus 10%" for my consultation services and project management services depending on the size and scope of the overall design project. For Home Staging Services, whether the client is looking to redesign their home or looking to professionally stage their home to put it on the market to sell- I provide a flat rate of $150 for 2 hours and then it drops to an hourly rate if more than 2 hours are needed. Please see the detail of my services below. MY DESIGN PROJECT CONSULTATION SERVICES INCLUDE: 1. Free Initial "In Home or At Location" Design Consultation to discuss the design project for my client's home or commercial space. This also provides the client the opportunity to determine if my company and services would meet their needs and expectations. This is a "No Obligation" initial meeting. 2. After my services are employed- I will meet with the client to define and determine in more detail the client's design preferences in terms of the specifics for this project- layout, paint, flooring, furnishings, accessories and budget. I will also use this time to take measurements, pictures, etc to start to develop the clients file for the project. 3. I will provide all research of materials, services, furnishings and accessories that are components of the design plan. 4. I will develop the specif and detailed Design Plan. I will develop a detailed cost and materials report. I will also develop a client project presentation so that my client is offered a visual presentation of the design elements and the over all design plan. 5. I will meet with my client to review and discuss the design plans and the cost and materials report and present the Design Project Presentation. We will also use this as an opportunity to make modifications to the design plan if needed. (please note- I meet with me client as many times as needed during this stage of the project to ensure complete satisfaction with the overall design plan) 6. After the overall Design Plan has been presented my client has the option of taking the Design Plan and implementing the plan themselves or they may choose to have me implement the Design Plan. If my client chooses to have my company implement the Design plan- please see detail below for my implementation and project management services. MY DESIGN PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDE: 1. I provide all the services outlined above in the Design Consultation. 2. I will purchase materials, services, furnishings, accessories for the design plan.* 3. I will hire/coordinate/manage all contract labor and needed services. 4. I will provide oversight and management of entire design project from start to finish.* 5. I will provide "hands on" design and staging of furnishings, accessories and other design elements for the overall design project. MY PROFESSIONAL DESIGN STAGING SERVICES INCLUDE: 1. If I am using my clients furnishings and accessories, I will go "room by room" in my clients house to redesign the home and provide hands-on staging services. 2. I will make suggestions for updates that may be needed to the property. 3. I will offer assistance in organization and de-cluttering the home. 4. I will offer assistance in refurbishing furnishings and accessories. 5. I will make suggestions for 'curb appeal" for the property. 6. If this property is being professionally staged to go on the market and is vacant- I provide rental furnishings that are new to provide the best visual attraction for buyer. I also provide art, accessories and design elements from my staging inventory to complete the staging services. I am absolutely passionate about my design business and absolutely love what I do. I approach each of my design projects like I am working on my own home! With this in mind- I work closely with my client to ensure I am designing the home or space so that they will absolutely love! If my client is looking to have their home Professional Staged because they are selling their home- my commitment is to make the first impression of their home a lasting impression to buyers! I provide my experience and my creativity to all of my design projects. But ultimately, my client's expectations and needs in their design project or staging project are my highest priority in my work. I want to ensure that I meet those needs and expectations throughout the whole design experience with my client. My commitment to all my clients is they will receive both personal and professional attention to every detail of their design project from start to finish.
