Introduction: It can sometimes be difficult to take the first step towards changing your health and fitness and finding the right trainer is important to your success. If you’re looking for someone who will start with you wherever you are, approaches each client as an individual with no judgement, and works with you at your individual pace and circumstance, then I would be a good fit for you.
I have been a nutrition and fitness expert for more that 20 years and am a firm believer that exercise and nutrition are both equally important in achieving optimal health. I specialize in all types of exercise training, but especially strength, weight loss, flexibility, and balance. I am also very experienced at working with injuries or mobility issues. I believe in tailoring an exercise and nutrition program to each of my client's individualized needs rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach. My clients have ranged from the ages of 13 to 92 years old and I believe anyone can have a healthy, fit body at any age, size, or circumstance. To me, fitness and health mean being able to do whatever it is that brings you joy and fulfillment, from playing with your kids or grandkids to accomplishing great feats in strength or endurance. Fitness and nutrition are my passions, and I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others to help them reach their goals. I train in my home studio in Benbrook or in client's homes.
