He did not inform us in advance that pulling the faucet outside of the house would damage the bricks if we pursued the faucet repair. Although he said heput it back after we told him not to proceed with the repair, I'm concerned about future leaks inside the wall when we start using the faucet in the summer. I'm crossing my fingers that it will not have issues later. We appreciated him adjusting the pressure of our kitchen faucet without a cost. That was nice of him."See more

I truly appreciate the honesty because he could have said nothing and just went forward. Although I decided to try the irrigation company to fix the issue, they have earned a customer for any future plumbing needs.
