From the moment I joined the iBody facility and their outstanding training staff I knew this was the place to be! Each person is treated with respect, given encouragement, and uplifted to attain any goal they set for themselves in the fitness world. The facility is very well organized and clean, all the equipment in working order, and the staff is well versed in all area of fitness. I was very reluctant at first to join forces with a new facility and trainer but after six months this is my new home in the fitness community. Anyone looking for a reliable and well trained staff needs to look no further. I do not regret making iBody and their training team my fitness gurus!
I am currently training for an International Physique League competition. I have been training with different trainers since Dec 2016.I have switched trainers so many times I lost count. I was having a very hard time finding the right trainer to get me ready for stage; until I met Zak. Meeting Zak was a prayer answered. I was on the verge of giving up my dreams of competing. Since I started training with Zak my muscle strength and definition has improved a great deal. All the compliments I have been getting from my friends and coworkers are prove. Zak had me squatting bars I never though I would be able to. He has turned my "i can't" to, "look what I just did",Zak has taken personal interest in getting me stage ready. He gives me workouts to practice on days that am not training with him, and follows up to see that I am on track. He also checks to see that I stay on track with my meals. His rates are much better than all the other trainers (I had trained with); and yet he seems to know more than all the other trainers I had worked with. I cannot thank Zak enough, in him I have gained a friend to walk with me as I pursue my dream of competing. I would recommend Zak to anyone looking for a trainer. You will definitely not regret it.This will be worth your time and money. Zachary ROCKS!!!!!!
I have been training with Tres at Spartan Strength Training for about 3 months and love the results I am seeing. I have lost several inches off my waist and other areas and with his meal plan and workout plan I have way more energy now. The weight loss I have seen is awesome and I am way more motivated to keep it up then I have ever been!! Great decision to start training with Spartan!!!!!
Ruby is the best! Ruby comes to my house every other week, or however often I'm available. She has helped me with my flexibility, motivation and stamina. She has been training me for a few months now and she is always on time. She always has fun and new ways to work out with different types of equipment. I originally hired her for my upcoming wedding, however I plan on training with her long after my wedding! I look forward to the days I train with her.
When I first met Mr. Trule I was 20 lbs over my ideal weight. I had been working out on my own and just going through the motions. I was working out but I wasn't "working out". I had paid so called trainers in the past and was reluctant to give Trule the time of day. Turned out he wasn't all talk...in fact, I told Trule if he wanted me to give him a chance he had to abide by one rule. If we talk during our sessions it would be strictly business; meaning what is the next exercise and what does it accomplish. I told Trule of my past experiences with so called trainers. They were more interested in trying to up-sell my gym membership and we spent more time talking about their personal problems then we did training. Trule honored my request and gave me the workouts and motivation I did not think was possible from a trainer. Trule helped me reach and surpass my goals and he earned my respect. I eventually started asking Trule about his past and future goals and really connected, improving our trainer/client relationship. I highly recommend his services if you are lucky enough to be living in his market area.
Marvin has helped me get in excellent shape and change my life around. I've seen great results throughout the months we've been training especially my strength. If you're looking for a lifestyle change I'd recommend this guy!
I've been training (getting my a$$ kicked) with Evan for about 6 months now and he has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The workouts are always unique and I've worked out muscles I didn't even know existed! I get distracted pretty easily so I really appreciate learning new exercises and techniques at every session. The group I'm in is full of hard working and determined ladies and we love pushing each other to the end and celebrating our results after measurements. Evan does a great job of leading the group and providing individual attention at the same time. I'm also a visual person so it's great that he's excited to jump in and show us how to do something (more than once) and then spot us if needed (which is pretty much every exercise for me - so 2 extra points for him!) My favorite thing (other than the fun and supportive atmosphere) is that Evan will always push us farther than we ever thought possible. No matter how tough and challenging the workouts tend to be, we know with out a doubt that Evan is right there with us cheering us on to achieve our goals. I've already referred a good friend of mine and personally plan on sticking with Ev for a very long time!
I've always been a super active person, but for some reason when my husband and I moved to Texas a year ago, I had lost all motivation to do any type of working out/running. One day at church I had heard my pastor talk about how he'd lost a bunch of weight with the help of Warren. It was pretty inspirational. So the next day I got in touch with Warren and set up our first training session. I have now seen him twice a week for almost two months now, and I've honestly never felt better about myself. I've lost weight, toned up, and now I can't stop. He knows just when to push you and just when to give you that little extra motivation to get you through a set. He's super flexible with his time, and will meet with you wherever you feel most comfortable. I truly consider him a gift from God. He is blessed with a gift to help people and motivate people in a way I've never seen. Meeting with him for the first time 2 months ago was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. I would recommend Warren to anyone in search of that one thing they are lacking...motivation. Warren has enough to give the world. If I could rate this man higher than five stars, I would. That's how amazing he is. Take my advice and call/text/email this guy...it will be the best decision you ever make for yourself...and for your health.

I have been training for two weeks and already feel improvement in my stamina and strength. The sessions are challenging and are designed to give you an all over work out. Chris is a good motivator, is very punctual and clearly passionate and knowledgable about his profession. I would definately recommend him.
Hiring Alton as a personal trainer is one of the best things I've ever done. Alton is a great motivator he makes each one of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

I've been working out with Jonas for several months now and have really enjoyed it. Prior to this, I'd just done cardio and never really seen my body change much except for dieting. Obviously dieting is still important, but the training I'm getting has really firmed me up and made me look better than diet alone can. As a beginner at weights, Jonas was great at not pushing me so hard I was scared off, but still challenges me months later. He's always been professional and works with me to make sure our appointment times work.
Erica makes exercising fun and challenging!! She really helped with diet and training regimes. Erica is ALWAYS encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. She has also provided diet guidance based on our current eating patterns; not a wholesale change, just modifications that should be easy to implement and promote weight loss.
