This was my first experience with a personal trainer and nutritionist. I have been extremely satisfied with each. I have learned how to eat healthier and still enjoy my meals. My trainer created a program that fit my needs and he understood that what worked for another client may not work for me. I have constraints due to back and hip issues and Bob has adjusted my work outs that help strengthen my weak areas. They have given me tools to continue good habits in eating and keeping my body healthy.

My son who is 15 years old and has struggked with his weight and body image for several years now. I worked with Dr. Bryce for 3 months last year and was very satisfied with my results. He set me up with a customized meal plan and workout routine. I recently hired Benjamin Lee, as my nutritionist. I've struggled for years to lose weight with no results I'm a women over 50 and was able to lose 6lbs the first week while following Benjamin's diet. I have worked w Ramsey for over 10 years. He is clearly the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever had. He does push you to succeed but in a friendly sort of way . He is fun and had an uncanny ability to know just how hard to push. I have had excellent results and eould recommend him highly. Definitely the best trainer I have had. ( had several ) .
