We hired Ed & his team to cater a thank you event for our referral partners. The menu was wonderful and the server Jesse and bartender George were not only punctual but incredible throughout the evening. They provided everything we needed and were helpful and courteous. We had a grad party and the owner was always helpful, honest, and gave great advice. We had a pasta bar, and the server and the cook were busy little bee’s giving their professional input to help our evening run smoothly. We would definitely use them again. We do, however, recommend that if you get the pasta bar that you use two cooks versus just one so more guests can eat at the same time. Other than that we had a great experience with Amazing Caterers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a very moderately priced caterer and we work with every client to create menus that will totally fit their needs, taste and BUDGET!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a phone conversation where we try to get a good understanding of the event to be catered. Once we understand the event we work with the client to create a menu that will fit their needs. Then, if the clients believes we might be the "right one" we set up a tasting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To start I have been eating all of my life and can assure you that holds for all of our staff. I owned and operated a very busy restaurant in Dallas and then bought a catering company and found that I was most happy in the catering business. My staff all have a variety of training and skills in the food industry and a great reference to all of this is that up until now we have not killed anyone!!
