After our initial meeting, we provided a detailed quote on May 12th for the original scope, including a composite deck, pergola, and polycarbonate roof system. When you requested changes on May 29th, we promptly revised the proposal to remove the pergola and sent an updated quote. We also reached out by phone and through Thumbtack to answer your questions and provide clarification. Regarding the original proposal, while we’re happy to revise and update quotes, they are typically valid for 30 days due to changes in material and labor costs. Most importantly, we regret that our communication and process did not provide the experience you deserved.
