My utility room ceiling was leaking because of a faulty install of dryer vent and water heater vent from a previous contractor. Omar came out and showed me what was the problem: I needed a new dryer vent and have it installed UNDER the shingles. Also needed a new pipe jack boot for the water heater vent. I asked for the color brown for the dryer vent. The team was nice enough to paint the PVC water heater vent brown which was a surprise to me and it looks so much better painted. The team also put a mesh cap on the water heater vent to prevent birds or pests from crawling in. Since roofers were coming out anyways, I also asked they add 4 turtle vents to the roof. Overall I am very impressed and happy. I reached out on a Friday, and from the inspection, to quote, to install—- everything was completed in a week! Aesthetically it looks really nice too! Thank you!
