We are new to thumbtack however with over 10 years experience in the roofing and exteriors business in the DFW area we've seen lots of ways to do things incorrectly, what we pride ourselves on here at Luxe is to do things the correct way the first time. One of the big things our customers love is our excellent communication throughout the process, we do what we say we're going to do. Zach with Luxe Roofing responded right away to my request for a quote on gutters. He had someone out within a day and was by far the most reasonable price. Also, he did not try to sell me a roof or more gutters than we needed. His guys worked quickly and made them look like they had always been there. I would recommend them and use them again.

Love our new roof! Zack was thorough with getting documents together and coordinating with our insurance. He explained the whole process from the beginning so there were no surprises. Scheduling was a breeze and the whole replacement took one morning and part of the afternoon. I went to work and when I came home it was finished. Thank you to Zack and his crew for a job well done and an easy process!

Luxe Roofing Solutions is not like your "big box" roofing companies. I got several estimates and decided to go with Luxe after meeting Zach who is very down to earth and personal. Zach was super easy to communicate with whether it was texting, calling, or emailing. He was able to make last minute changes based upon my needs with no problem. His team was great, finished my roof replacement within 8 hours, and cleaned up immaculately. Not one nail in sight after the job was done! I highly recommend Luxe Roofing Solutions.
