We are new to thumbtack however with over 10 years experience in the roofing and exteriors business in the DFW area we've seen lots of ways to do things incorrectly, what we pride ourselves on here at Luxe is to do things the correct way the first time. Love our new roof! Zack was thorough with getting documents together and coordinating with our insurance. He explained the whole process from the beginning so there were no surprises. Scheduling was a breeze and the whole replacement took one morning and part of the afternoon. I went to work and when I came home it was finished.
