Cancelled service and they kept charging their membership monthly. Only used them once or twice, had little nats in the kitchen. All they did both times was set up some disposable traps. Could’ve bought those myself. Then when I cancelled their monthly drafts with my bank they took the time to threaten me with extra fees and took the time to dispute charges with the bank for $48. After it was clear by email I no longer needed their service. Just messy, and starved for money. Their actual technicians were really nice though, that was the only positive thing about them. Wouldn’t call them the best option.
