- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and we will work with your budget to make it happen. We have different Equipment options that will allow us to help you pull off your event with success!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed program of your event and the AV equipment you are wanting to rent. Then we ask more detailed questions to zero in on what your event needs to accomplish what you would like to happen. We also make suggestions of equipment and services that you might not have thought you needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience in the Events industry. From corporate to private events.
