Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten has been such a blessing to me in so many ways. I'm new to yoga and decided to pursue it to relieve stress but it has had such a more meaningful impact on me than I ever would have imagine. Kirsten's instruction is patient, encouraging, and spiritual. The perfect combination for a beginner. I am always in a better place after our sessions and miss her when I'm unable to meet. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Just adore her!
Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!

I have loved my time taking yoga with Atali as my instructor. One of my major goals for the new year was to improve and develop my yoga practice. I had taken a few courses here and there but found it difficult to fully focus on the practice because I felt self conscious about my ability. I was recommended by a friend to attend one of Atali's classes, and have continued to attend ever since. Atali made me feel comfortable embracing the journey and accept that where my practice is today is a necessary step for the growth that is to come. Her love for the practice is expressed through her positive and uplifting approach to teaching, while she is compassionate for where you are in your practice she also encourages and guides you to move beyond your comfort zones. I like JuJu, he has a good sense of humor but still knows when to be serious, he has helped me learn how to do the breath of fire; how to separate myself from my thoughts; how to eat properly for health and how to make my back stop hurting! Charlie is Fort Worth's best-hidden gem! I originally met Charlie during at his massage school clinic about 3 years ago. After that first massage I was hooked. Since then he has also become a yoga instructor which I love. The weekly massage and yoga session have really helped with my back pain and I feel less stressed out all the time! I would definitely recommend Charlie and in fact, I have to many of my friends and family!
I love being in yoga classes with Mekare as my instructor. She offers lots of options for different levels/abilities, and has an amazingly calming/soothing voice that makes it so easy to be relaxed by the end of class.

I've been to so many yoga classes I forgot how much there still is to add to my practice; Shayla's class managed to introduce new poses and variations that were beyond helpful to my intentions. I left feeling like a reborn yogi with a new sense of confidence and excitement.
