- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and upfront. Due to price surges some materials are priced separately and are subject to change based on market price surge and or timeframe between proposal and actual day of start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer and set up free in home appointment. See scope of project and bid on site if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2000- 2006 Worked in the landscape division with a state entity. 2006 to present I have been working in the landscaping industry. Well over 20 years of experience working with North Texas Horticulture, Landscape Design and Installation, Fence was something that was thrown into mix about 10 years ago as our customers would ask us to work on their fence or replace.
