About Dream Dogs

I've been training dogs for about 9 years due to becoming involved with rescue work, fostering and adopting.
With the greatest joy Im happy to say one of my specialties is match making people dogs and other pets together !
Im very proud to say any dog I've ever adopted out to a family has never been returned to rescue !
The reason for this is simply I care.
I take the time and do extensive research on breed, the best breeders for pure breed lovers, energy level, training ,the needs of both the family and their very own dream dog to make love last forever !
I have also helped dogs stay in their homes with the positive training I do with many praise and thanks from family and Im sure the dog lol !
It's been one of my greatest pleasures to see you and your dog to become happy, confident and secure in your relationship!

My philosophy is owning a dog should be one of the greatest experiences we will ever have, unfortunately too often that beautiful dream becomes a nightmare.

Be sure if you don't hire someone like me to find that great dog for you that you do your research, and that your main priority is for your dog to become an ambassador for his breed !

I started pet sitting in my home about 2 years ago, and love it !

We treat every dog like a member of our own family.
We take long walks, have dinner, snuggle and watch TV together.
It is a great joy knowing your dog is happy, safe, and tired when he goes back home.
We take pictures of your dog and send them to you while he/she stays with us of all the activities he is enjoying !
At Dream Dogs we know that seeing is believing !
Don't worry if he misses us, would you rather him run for his life to leave us?
We enjoy all the dogs who come and stay.
We will grant almost all special request with extra fees.

He would have been the only dog so far I've worked with that I could'nt place safely and with good conscience.
It was killing me had him for six months put blood sweat and tears into him for him to accomplish becomming a dream dog.
So many bad irresponsible or just not educated people wanted him.
I knew he would need someone special, and devoted to making him an ambassador for his breed.
The sweetest Pit bulls have the hardest time of all dogs ever getting a chance to prove this it makes them very hard to place.
I didn't know this going into it.
Just when I was about to give up hope low and behold a calm but assertive young man came forward who had been raised around Pits his whole life.
The thing that impressed me the most about this young man is even though he had way more expereince with the breed.
He asked me how I trained him not to go after other dogs and wanted to continue with the positive trainning also the poor dog had never had a home or owner of his own.
This man said he wouldn't have to share his home any more. That he would be his one and only until he died.
I just went by to see him on my second home visit to see how it was working out.
I couldn't be happier they are like two peas in a pod !
He was the hardest rehab but my favorite !

What would they have seen ?
How would it have changed them ?
The way I love and look at life now that I work with dogs has made me not only a better more patient person but a more spiritual as well.
I don't know of another species that works so hard and with their whole heart.
No matter how much we mess up as long as we love them and try to be better they will always forgive always trust they have hope and faith in us when we don't have any.
If dogs have taught me anything it's to strive to love like this.
