Needed to replace washers in bathroom sink. The cut off valves were frozen open and could not be closed. G&H responded within 5 minutes of requesting service. Even though they scheduled the service call for the next day after 3, they called the next morning and had someone here before 11am. My wife meet him and said that he was the cutest plumber she had ever met. Very professional. He explained everything that he did to her. He replaced everything in under 30 minutes. Thoroughly cleaned up and gave her their bill.
