Andrii did an excellent job completing our kitchen with a new subway tile backsplash. He removed the old backsplash, replaced drywall and installed and grouted the new tile. It looks beautiful and his attention to detail is amazing. I will definitely hire him again for other tile or flooring jobs.

Manny installed tile in three of our apartments. He installed tile in the kitchen area, the main living area, the bathroom, and the closet. Manny showed up exactly when he said he would and finished the work within the time specified. He was very reliable in terms of getting the work done and working around other contractors. The bill was about 7% higher than the estimate but we discussed it and we felt that was very fair due to some unanticipated old carpet adhesive. The adhesive removal took several additional hours per unit. His attention to detail surpassed what we needed really, but at a very reasonable price. The tile is now probably the nicest part of the building. Thanks, Manny!

They did an excellent job on installing a tile shower surround with two niches and a feature stripe, new floors, installing new baseboards, and backsplash around our new vanity! This team did a great job on tiling our fireplace and kitchen. We were quoted quickly, they picked up our materials, and got the job done in a day and a half. They were cognizant of us having a 5 month old baby and were very quiet while doing the install which didn’t disrupt our little one’s naps! The finished product turned out beautifully. Andrii and his team did a great job on our project. They installed our new tile backsplash, converted us from electric to gas and installed new gas cooktop, installed new range hood, and installed new kitchen faucet. We had granite countertops installed the day before he was scheduled. We realized the night before that we did not have a water shut-off valve in the kitchen. Andrii stopped by the night before scheduled and installed the faucet for us so that we could turn the water back on in the house. Our hot water heater also went out the day they completed the rest of the work. They stayed late and installed our replacement for us. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks again!

Strengths: Good and prompt communication via the app. Very friendly Good price for someone looking to do a flip or don’t have a large budget for their kitchen/bath. Weaknesses: -Work is sloppy. Some lines aren’t straight and awkward cuts. -We had to scrap off mortar and grout from each tile after it dried -May not have much if any experience with hand made tile. Handmade tile can be different sizes and depths -Put up 38 pieces that had chips in the glaze. If each piece was inspected and the design was laid out prior, this likely wouldn’t have happened and I could return the pieces for my money back. -likely not appropriate for remodels costing over $60k total because the work isn’t ‘perfect.’ -If we sell, the new owners will likely have to redo all the backslash which means new dry wall, new tile and install. Lesson learned - don’t use anyone that doesn’t have a personal referral from someone you know who has used them.

Corey did two projects for us. The first was a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He was incredibly affordable and the backsplash looks wonderful! We then hired him to partially finish a room in our basement to turn into a bedroom. He built out two walls, installed drywall and painted as well as added electric outlets, can lighting and painted the ceiling. Great work! We’ll be keeping his number around for future projects. I hired Trey to do a tile surround and install a new faucet for the bathroom in one of my rental units. After my new tenants moved in, there was persistent rust coming from the faucet. I notified Trey of this, and he claimed that it was the home's old plumbing, when in fact, he installed a black iron pipe (not suitable for potable water applications). I hired a plumber to look at it and when my plumber told me about the issue, I immediately informed Trey. I requested that he cover the repair. He ghosted me. A couple weeks later, I filed a complaint with the BBB, and only then did Trey offer to do three hours of handyman services to make up for his error. He did not show up for his appointment. No call, text, nothing. I contacted him, but there was no response. Trey refuses to be a professional when there are issues with his work and I would not recommend him for your project.

I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel compelled based on the experience we had. We needed a small kitchen backsplash completed on a rental property as we just had countertops installed. We purchased herringbone stone and explained our needs. My husband has experience with tile work, but we recently had a baby, so we figured we would hire a professional to save us time and complete the project quickly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Our tenants were not able to be home so my husband was there for the project. What should have been a 3-4 hour job, took 9+ one day and then the next day to set the grout, they were over 1 hour and a half late. It’s one thing if it was pristine work, but it was not. In the 9+ hours, 3 workers were there, they completed the job but my husband could have done a better job himself. Mistakes were made and we regret hiring this company. The one positive thing is that the workers were kind and respectful, but they were not confident, which is probably why it took them so long, in their work and it showed.
