I was an athlete for all of my childhood leading up until my Senior year in high school. I've had many coaches throughout those years, but never have I experienced a coach that can motivate me as much as Coach Percy does. He is able to push me to my limits without going over what I'm capable of doing. He is very dedicated to his clients and is completely engaged during the entire work out. I've only been to seven sessions with Coach Percy, but I have already noticed an incredible improvement in my strength and endurance. He definitely knows what he is doing, and if your looking to better yourself and become the healthy person you strive for then Coach Percy is the personal trainer you want. I promise you will not be disappointed in his ability and commitment to help you reach your fitness goals.
My wife and I have been training with Zach since Dec 2005. Our experience with him has been most gratifying. My wife has lupus, but with Zach's training she has run a number of 5K's and has become less osteoporotic. I can still practice dentistry because I no longer have back pain. Our quality of life has been tremendously enhanced by our exercise and diet routine. We highly recommend Zach as a personal trainer. He is doing a wonderful job for us.
Mrs. Schmidt has been my personal trainer since 2/22/2016. In those 8 months, she has helped me become more energetic and healthier. She has reinforced in me the importance of exercise and how it can be fun at the same time. Mrs. Schmidt is a competent and ethical trainer. Time is never wasted during our sessions. Her ability and knowledge of all the tools/equipment is impressive. Just as impressive is her thoughtfulness and awareness of her client’s abilities/limits/strengths/weaknesses. She is always trying to stretch me to the next level, but, at the same time, she is always conscientious of my limits. Caution plays a big role during our sessions in that she encourages a lot without pushing beyond what is safe. I am grateful for Laura’s patience with me as well as her sense of humor. Our sessions are always productive and fun, and I always leave them tired and happy.
I am very pleased with Warfare Training and I am getting exactly what I was looking for. Carl is a very good trainer and I feel very comfortable in his training sessions. He is like a friend. He tailors training according to the needs, like days when feeling weak or strong, low on energy or having more energy than usual, or even changing plans because of injuries. I like my workouts to be intense and Carl delivers it. He is dedicated and very reliable as a trainer and very good person too. Carl is the personal trainer that you are looking for!

She demonstrated the benefits of strength training in a way that changed my outlook on fitness. Under her training, I lost all my post-pregnancy flab, strengthened my knees and became toned and fit. She was thorough in her assessment of my goals (strength & toning), my medical history (weak knees), my schedule (full-time working mother of two), my current exercise habits, my diet (vegetarian) and eating habits, and all things affecting my workouts. She was flexible and accommodate of my work-home schedule. Great personal trainer. As a personal trainer, nutritionist, and massage therapist he is very knowledgeable and will be able to give you the guidance needed to achieve any fitness goal desired. It takes a lot of hard work, but Greg won't let you quit. He will keep you motivated. Give him your time and dedication and he will give you results!
Keenan has been working with our son Blake who suffered a Trumatic brain injury. Blake has shown great improvement with his strength and mobility. Keenan is incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable and he always finds ways to push Blake. We highly recommend Keenan as your personal trainer!
Richard is an excellent personal physical fitness trainer. I had a pulled muscle in my back and I needed to get into shape, so I could join my kids on our family ski vacation. I was telling this to a friend of mine (who I noticed was looking slimmer!) and she told me that she was working with Richard and gave me his info. When I first started with Richard, I could hardly do anything, but by the time I got to the slopes. I dominated! I had the best time! I totally believe that his attention to details, his personally designed work out for me, and his positive attitude, was the key to getting me back in shape and working out my back problems. I completely recommend Richard as a personal trainer.
This is the first time I worked with a personal trainer. It was with a group which made it a lot less intimidating. Some of the other guys in the group would bring up issues or questions I hadn't thought about, but there was still a direct line to David Becker if I needed it. Speaking of David; it's obvious he cared about our success and education. He was very thorough with the information about diet, exercise, motivation, form and pushing the workouts without injuring yourself. He acknowledged every post in the group. My life, health, attitude and approach to fitness have changed almost beyond comprehension, all for the better of course. It may seem simple to most but I felt a little overwhelmed with all of the information out there about health and fitness. David broke it down into simple steps with easy instructions. It really was easy to stick to the plan, with all of the support. I am 47 and I wish I could have done this 10 years ago. I feel like I hit a reset button on my health and attitude.
