Want to thank Mike & Nichole for an outstanding job they did with our Malinois mix puppy. Not only did they allow us to visit during her training, they showed a sneak peak of her progress. When we picked her up they took time to show us what she had learned, taught us the commands and sent a command paper home to ensure we stay consistent to what they have done. They are great and really care about the dogs they train. I truly feel that from puppy to adult dog, Voraussehen Kennels is great and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for basic obedience to protection training for their dog.
She takes her time training my dog! I enjoy it!
Lee has been great in working with our two dogs and daughter, I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for some training with their dog(s)!
Amazing! Very beneficial for my 5YO boxer, he went into the 3 week training (being shy and a bit rebellious) and came out a very well behaved dog. I'm very grateful I found them and very thankful to Oscar for the training he's provided not only to my baby but also to me. Highly recommend Barks 5th Avenue. Great experience from the first time I requested info to the time the hand over happened. Grooming and daycare was also very good. Chowder will definitely be visiting daycare there and next is puppy training for my boxer. Old dogs can learn new tricks!
They were very experienced & professional dog groomers as we talked about cut, skirt level, feathering etc on my English Cocker Spaniel. They are also obviously big dog lovers & took 2+ hours to bathe & groom him with great care. They transformed him into a gorgeous, tidy, well-groomed boy who looked fantastic. My husband & I are delighted with the results & the joy & happiness of my boy after the grooming process was great to see. Highly recommend them & they'll be back to groom him again.
Modern K9s provides great dog training. They came to my home to consult and meet my dog and we agreed on a package to help him learn. What I like best is they train and work with you and your dog in your home, in your real life situation. My pug loves them and they have made themselves available to answer questions and help retrain me. My dog could hardly sit still for 5 minutes, but after working with him, he is a joy to be around. Highly attentive and will sit as long as I want him to. They customize their program based on your needs and the needs of your dog. I am so happy I went with them over other choices.
Misty & Wayne did their first session with my dog Bailey on last Saturday and the results have been good. I am very surpised and pleased at the amount of change in my puppy already after just one lesson. She is more controlled and the tips that they left me with really work. We have been working daily since they left and the progress is very clear. We had went to a treat-based puppy training class at a local kennel that taught her commands that she only responded to with treats and totally ignored if treats weren't invoked. After one session, she is responding without treats. I'm impressed! Can't wait to get a few additional classes under my belt.
Amy worked with very difficult dogs. The chocolate lab had been abused and was very shy. Amy brought her out of her darkness. She began to interact with another dog and has made continual improvement. The other dog is a pit bull who had bad habits. Amy instantly knew what to do. Trained us on how to train the dog. The dog is different as night is from day!
I had a doberman, Rose, that was a challenge to walk. She did not go out for walks. I found Come and Train It K9 and now Rose and I go for walks! John and Courtney really understood Rose and gave us the tools we needed to be successful. The team is extremely professional and genuinely wanted to make sure we were successful. I learned about my own shortcomings when it came to my with and toward Rose. I very much recommend Come and Train It K9 to anyone who has a dog with challenges. Rose can go out for walks now.....life is much better for her! Thank you John and team!
Barbara is extremely knowledgeable about animal training. I am very satisfied with how my dog has progressed in just a couple of lessons. I love how she uses positive reinforcement to create a fun learning environment for both my pet and myself.
Got my dog started on walking and avoiding some distractions. I was very pleased. Explained every part of the training and why.
She is awesome with my dog Champ so far. I've only been a couple times, but she loves my dog and my dog loves her just as much. I'm very excited to see how it all turns out and I have much hope. I'll post an updated review once we've gone through more training and I can see a drastic improvement. Already in the past week he's improved
Mike was amazing with our dog. Would definitely recommend him to anyone having obedience issues...after 1 session our dog is like new...
I haven't had the training yet, but just speaking with Joey on the phone made me feel comfortable with her and confident in the quality we will receive.
We are so very pleased with the obedience training that was taught to our border collie Drake. He's only 4 months old and will follow all commands. This made a huge difference in his behavior compared to how he behaved before the training. I would definitely recommend Green Dog Training to anyone that is searching for help with their dog. I called several and chose them over the others because they use "positive reinforcement" training, which is what I was looking for. No choke collars or shock collars used here. Thanks Kelly for all that you did for our Drake. :)
Pilla has done an incredible job with our Aussie, Nox. She uses only positive training and she is very knowledgeable! It was more about teaching us than our dog and being able to understand exactly what he needs. She always explains things in an easy way to understand and she's very encouraging. Highly recommend her for all your dog training needs! She's awesome!
Sarah is absolutely amazing! Where do I begin? As soon as you start speaking with Sarah you can immediately tell how much her profession means to her. It is clear that she is in it for the dogs and it’s obvious that she is doing exactly what she was meant to do. She will take the time to explain to you the reasons behind doing things which helps to give you a better understanding of the training and your dog. If you are looking for a dog trainer, I highly recommend Sarah!
Took my Cavalier King Charles spaniel at 5 months old to Vivian for puppy training and continued with 3 additional 6 week classes. Vivian was great in training me on how to work with my dog and also in getting us prepared for being certified as a therapy pet. Very pleased with the results.
Sherry does an awesome job! I receive pictures and updates after each walk. I also own a cat and requested that she just tell him, "hi" when she drops Scout back off. She sends pictures of him as well, which always brightens my day and makes me smile. Sherry also gives great advice and leaves us information and supplies that she thinks we could use. I work nearby and noticed her walking Scout one day....I saw her pet him affectionately several times and was communicating with him. You can tell she really loves animals. I am so happy we found her and wold highly recommend her!
Terry, the dog trainer, has been a great dog trainer. I have tried out many in and around the area where I live, and have never had any success. This time I am seeing successes that I never thought possible. My dog is making great strides. Yes, she has a long way to go, and so do I, but with Terry's help, I believe we are achieving that goal well. Terry is very professional, yet very down to earth, and will talk to you about what he wants you to do. He models everything for you, then he gives you the leash and lets you do the work with your dog. He offers good information and helps you to correct the areas in which you might be doing something wrong. He also seems to do so until he sees you are getting it right. He explains well, and he doesn't just say ok, now you do it. He observes closely and helps you. His work quality is tip top, and he is very responsive to the dog's needs as well as any needs the owner has in working with the dog. He knows what he is doing, and he knows how to teach people . Terry is rarely ever late, but if for some reason, he is going to be a few minutes late, he always calls me to let me know this. Value can mean one of two things to me. I always think of it in a monetary way first, and as far as the money that I have spent and am spending, I believe these lessons are a great price for the money. I think they are worth every penny I have put out for them. I think about not only being worth the money for the lessons, but when I think about it, this man drives all over the place, and the price is worth it for the 35 - 40 mi drive he makes to come help and teach me to teach my dog. I realize too, that he has expenses, and he has to pay for gasoline, so the monetary price I pay is definitely worth it. I really cannot express what kind of value Terry and the lessons exhibit on a teaching and content level. I think this is the most valuable thing I have learned in a long time. I cannot measure the value that the lessons have for my dog and me. I believe she feels like she has more structure, and I am feeling positive and excited , because I am learning to be her leader instead of the other way around. I am also feeling more respected by her. I am so happy that I found Always Faithful Dog Training and that I have Terry to help me and show me how to handle my dog !

Understanding your dog and being able to clearly communicate your intentions are of equal importance to the training process. If your communication is clear to your canine friend .. I will teach you to identify temperament, and nerve, your dog process. You will also learn how. Motivation attracting a dog by providing something he wants which stimulates him into the desired response. Providing something the dog likes, or causes pleasure, while its performing a specific action.= positive reinforcement
