- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first contact, we get general details on the project and schedule a meeting at the job site there we acquire more specific wishes of the costumer, measurements and all other information we will need to make an accurate estimate to the job, at this point we create a design for the client and us to see that we are on the same page we send it over to you and once you approve it we build a Bid to match the details discus in all the previous stages, we will usually take around 48 hours to prepare a bid and once it is ready we send it over to the client, he reviews it and makes the decision if he wants to move forward with the work -all steps up to this point are completely FREE
